The Nebraska Credit Union League is a not-for-profit trade association that represents the interest of Nebraska’s state and federally chartered credit unions and their nearly 520,000 members. The League was organized in 1934, and more than 70 years later, continues to focus on helping our member credit unions succeed. Based in Omaha, the League is a dynamic organization that provides an array of services to Nebraska’s credit union industry.
President/CEO – First Lincoln FCU – Lincoln, Nebraska
First Lincoln Federal Credit Union is searching for its next President/CEO to lead FLFCU into the future. The position requires the candidate to be proficient in planning, directing, and controlling all credit union activities in accordance with credit union plans, policies, directives and activities as established by the board of directors. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial stability and member satisfaction commensurate with the best interest of the members, the employees, and the credit union. The candidate will also be responsible for providing strategic direction, vision, leadership and management in all functional areas.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Accounting, ALM, business development, compliance, facility management, finance, human resources, operations, risk management and security. The candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in all the above areas.
