The Nebraska Credit Union League is a not-for-profit trade association that represents the interest of Nebraska’s state and federally chartered credit unions and their nearly 520,000 members. The League was organized in 1934, and more than 70 years later, continues to focus on helping our member credit unions succeed. Based in Omaha, the League is a dynamic organization that provides an array of services to Nebraska’s credit union industry.
President/CEO – Livingston, MT
March 17– Sky Federal Credit Union (Sky FCU), with approximately $200 million in assets, has launched a search for a Chief Executive Officer to replace the current CEO who is soon retiring. Sky FCU is an outstanding organization with headquarters in Livingston and six branches located in Montana. The credit union’s field of membership consists of 28 counties within Montana, northern Wyoming, and southern Idaho. Sky FCU has a strong focus on growth and has been very successful by not only caring for its members’ consumer lending and depository needs but also by focusing on a commercial lending portfolio as well. This position requires conducting business development activities and participating in both community and business events to promote the credit union’s visibility and continued growth. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required. The new CEO must have the ability to work collaboratively with the board of directors in defining the strategic direction of the credit union and must be an experienced executive who can provide outstanding leadership and direction while overseeing the safety and soundness of the credit union’s financial structure. An individual with a proven track record of excellence, having a high degree of integrity and excellent communications skills as well as knowledge and experience in commercial lending. A minimum of either three years of experience in senior management or five years of responsible experience in a financial institution of equal or greater size is desired. Strong, equivalent experience in
commercial lending may be considered.

WyHy FCU is a Wyoming credit union with over $380 million in assets and over 22,000 members. With branches in Cheyenne, Casper, Rock Springs, Lyman and Green River, WY, their footprint spans the entire state of Wyoming. WyHy is currently looking for the perfect individual to fill the role of Underwriter for the Cheyenne branch. This position is eligible for remote employment; successful candidate must be within driving distance of the Cheyenne branch. Compensation DOE and includes a generous benefits package.
